If I could give 100 stars I would! My husband and I tried to sell our house back in 2018 and it sat on the market for months before we pulled it feeling defeated and like our house was unsellable. We got 3 or 4 showings in the months that it was on the market. So when we decided to try again we took and chance on Alisha and Cody not feeling hopeful at all. Alisha and Cody sat down with us and talked strategy on how to sell our home and how to price it so that we would get what we wanted for it and Alisha suspected we’d get over asking. Our “unsellable” home was on the market for a week! Just one week and we had 9 offers! We spent one Saturday out of the house the entire day because we just kept getting calls we have another showing. In that weeks time we had 20 something showings.
